How Stand Pass handles the information collected through this marketing site.
Information we collect
When you join the hunter waitlist, we collect your name, email, state, hunting interests, and any optional phone number, ZIP code, preferred radius, or launch-area request you choose to provide. When you express interest in listing land, we collect your name, email, phone number, city and state, property details, approximate acreage, hunting and access preferences, your stated relationship to the property, and optional comments.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare Stand Pass for launch, understand interest by area and hunting type, respond to landowner interest, and send launch-related communications where you have consented. A submission does not create a marketplace account, listing, booking, or property record.
Analytics and attribution
We use Vercel Analytics for basic website and conversion analytics. We also store campaign attribution such as referral source, landing path, and UTM campaign information with lead submissions. Conversion events do not include your name, email, phone, ZIP code, comments, or property-specific personal information.
Service providers and security
We use Vercel to host this website and provide analytics, Supabase to store marketing leads, and Resend to send transactional receipt and internal notification emails. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the service. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and communications
We retain lead information while it is useful for launch planning, follow-up, and our legitimate business records. If you submit a form, we may send a transactional receipt and launch-related communications where you have consented. To request that we stop launch-related communications, contact hello@standpass.com.
Children and changes
This site is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the service develops and will post the updated version here. This launch-stage policy should receive legal review before broad commercial launch.
